Through senior management roles across aesthetic, dental, plastic surgery, and skin cancer clinics, I discovered a passion not just for managing clinics — but for building them.

As a former CQC Registered Manager for both medical and dental services, I’ve successfully guided multiple businesses through complex compliance frameworks, achieving flawless inspection outcomes and driving rapid start-up growth. Alongside operational leadership, I’ve coached teams, developed clinicians, and helped business owners turn ambition into sustainable, commercial success.

I hold Chartered Manager ( CMgr )status, a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, and an IOSH Managing Safely certification — equipping me with both strategic insight and operational expertise to support businesses at every stage of their development.
